Job summary

Capital One Software Marketing is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to own the end-to-end demand engine for our SaaS platform. This strategic, revenue-accountable role partners with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, SDR/BDR, and Analytics to build always-on campaigns for ICPs and target segments.

You will translate revenue targets into quarterly pipeline plans, shape segmentation with RevOps and Marketing, and lead integrated campaigns across digital, ABM, webinars, and content

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of B2B marketing experience.
• Minimum five years in Software or SaaS demand generation.
• Proven pipeline and revenue ownership in SaaS marketing.
• Experience across enterprise, mid-market, or product-led growth.
• Strong knowledge of marketing tech (CRM, MAP, attribution).

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end demand gen strategy by segment, ICP, and journey.
• Translate revenue targets into pipeline plans and forecast.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, ABM, nurture, webinars.
• Drive data-driven optimization and AI in marketing workflows.
• Align marketing with sales and refine SLAs and handoffs.
