Job summary

DemandFactor is seeking a senior marketing leader to own and execute the company’s marketing strategy from a data-driven, results-focused lens. This role guides demand-gen, ABM, and digital performance programs while shaping a high-impact content engine and brand presence.

You'll collaborate closely with Sales to drive full-funnel results and own KPIs, analytics, attribution, and budget. A path to build and grow the marketing team is provided in a flexible, remote workplace.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in B2B marketing or demand-gen roles.
• Proven ability to drive measurable pipeline and ROI.
• Experience building marketing functions from the ground up.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and execution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute DemandFactor’s marketing strategy.
