Job summary

Builder Prime seeks a Senior Manager of Demand Generation and Growth Marketing to lead and scale our demand engine for a fast‑growing B2B SaaS company.

This hands‑on role blends strategic planning with day‑to‑day execution: owning pipeline targets, optimizing paid media, and driving ABX and lead‑to‑sale orchestration in close partnership with SDRs and sales operations. Remote role for US‑based applicants.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in demand generation or growth marketing at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Experience owning pipeline or MQL/SAL/SQL targets with KPI-driven mindset.
• Hands-on planning and management of paid media channels and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage demand generation plan and contribute to sourced pipeline.
• Diversify demand channels (LinkedIn, paid social, video, intent platforms) and optimize for efficiency.
• Lead-to-sale orchestration across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise with sales teams.
