Job summary

Blank Street is seeking an Operations Manager to lead an area of 5+ stores and the General Managers who run them. You will hire, coach and develop an A* team, own the area’s PnL, and set plans to improve performance across stores.

You will build capability, drive a culture of accountability and hospitality, and scale leadership for the next generation of Blank Street stores. This role reports to the Director of Operations and partners with Field Leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or a fast-growing consumer business.
• Experience leading multiple locations (3-10) and developing managers who run them.
• Strong hospitality orientation and customer/employee experience focus.
• Excellent communication and ability to drive accountability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop an area of 5+ stores with primary responsibility for people growth and PnL.
• Hire, coach and develop GMs to build high-performing teams across stores.
• Plan labor, inventory and store-level strategies; translate HQ forecasts to store plans.
• Roll out initiatives across the area and ensure adoption with training and clear communication.
