Job summary

Facer is seeking its first dedicated Lead Data Analyst to own and scale our analytics and growth measurement, helping the company make smarter, data-driven decisions. You’ll define success metrics, build dashboards, and establish instrumentation with the data stack from the ground up.

This remote-first role offers flexibility and a unique chance to shape our data culture, partnering with product, marketing, and engineering to drive growth and ROI through analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analytics, growth analytics, or related roles in consumer tech or mobile apps.
• Strong SQL and data modeling with BigQuery or equivalent.
• Experience with visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau) and product analytics.
• Proven ability to collaborate with product and marketing to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analytics across product, marketing, and operations.
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards delivering actionable insights for leadership.
• Partner with engineering to define and implement instrumentation.
• Analyze UA funnels, paid campaigns, and attribution data to optimize ROI.
• Ensure data accuracy and accessibility across tools and reporting layers.
• Evaluate current stack and lead migrations or adoption of new tools.
• Act as go-to data expert to improve decision-making with analytics.
