Zip Co seeks a Director of Growth & Customer Analytics to steer where and how we invest to grow customers and revenue. This remote-first leader will partner with Customer, Product, Finance, Data Science, and Data Engineering to turn analytics into decisive actions.

The role builds a high-performing analytics org focused on experimentation, attribution, pricing analytics, and lifecycle economics, delivering measurable business impact across the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in customer analytics or related quantitative discipline, with 5+ years leading analytics teams.
• Proven track record building analytics strategies that drive acquisition, lifecycle, pricing, and revenue.
• Experience partnering with Data Science and Data Engineering to deliver scalable data products.
• Ability to translate complex analytics into clear executive recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own Growth & Customer Analytics strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
• Translate customer behavior, marketing effectiveness, pricing, and lifecycle analytics into business recommendations.
• Lead analytics team responsible for acquisition, lifecycle analytics, pricing, and commercial insights.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Data Engineering to operationalize analytics capabilities.
• Improve accessibility, quality, and speed of customer insights across the org.
