Ping Identity is seeking a seasoned executive to lead Channels & Alliances in the Americas. You will shape regional strategy, build multi-vendor partnerships, and drive joint go-to-market initiatives with SI partners and resellers.

The role emphasizes leadership and strategic execution across a global SaaS business. You will manage partner performance, enablement, co-selling, and revenue contributions while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Services to scale our identity solutions.

Qualificações

• 15+ years in channels, alliances, or business development leadership in enterprise software.
• Proven success leading partner strategy and execution in high-growth SaaS environments.
• Deep understanding of the system integrator and reseller landscape in the Americas.
• Strong leadership, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the region.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead regional channels and alliances strategy to drive revenue, market expansion, and partner success.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners.
• Own partner performance: pipeline, enablement, co-selling, and revenue contribution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services to align and execute joint go-to-market initiatives.
• Negotiate partner agreements in line with business and legal objectives.
• Lead and develop a high-performing regional alliances team.
• Serve as a key voice to executive leadership on partner performance and market dynamics.
• Stay current on industry trends to identify new partnership opportunities.
