Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the partner-program framework across recruitment, onboarding, activation, specialization, co-selling, and lifecycle management.
• Define minimum partner-ready package including messaging, demos, pricing, and sales plays.
• Lead enablement journeys for partner executives, sellers, and solution architects.
• Build calendars for onboarding, training, and certification tied to outcomes.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure scalable, sound programs.
• Establish operating cadences, planning, and executive readouts with clear ownership.
