Job summary

Ping Identity is seeking a Vice President, Americas Solutions Engineering to lead and scale our regional presales organization. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to translate our Any User, Any Experience, One Platform vision into measurable customer outcomes.

You will guide a diverse team of engineers across enterprise and strategic accounts, shaping regional strategy while fostering a culture of technical excellence, inclusion, and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of distributed technical teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Domain expertise in cybersecurity/IAM, cloud architecture, API security, or related technologies with AI implications.
• Track record partnering with Sales to drive revenue and reduce deal cycles.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business narratives for executives.
• Commitment to building diverse, inclusive teams and career development.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse Americas Solutions Engineering team across enterprise, commercial, and strategic accounts.
• Define regional SE strategy, resource allocation, and rhythms to support pipeline growth, win rates, and retention.
• Foster an inclusive, continuous-learning culture focused on technical excellence and career growth.
• Co-pilot with Americas Sales to align technical strategy with revenue goals and close plans.
• Elevate discovery, architectural design, proofs-of-concept, and executive presentations.
• Establish repeatable technical sales plays for growth areas including AI governance, Verified Trust, IAM, and fraud prevention.
• Engage CISOs, CIOs, and technology executives as trusted advisors on digital transformation and AI security.
