Ping Identity is seeking a Vice President, Americas Solutions Engineering to lead, scale, and inspire our regional presales organization. In this executive role you will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to turn our vision-Any User, Any Experience, One Platform-into measurable customer outcomes.

You will act as both an operational leader and a prominent market voice, shaping how enterprise organizations secure and govern identity in an AI-driven world.

Formación

• Leadership of distributed SE teams in enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in cybersecurity, IAM, cloud architecture, API security or related fields.
• Proven track record partnering with Sales to drive revenue and speed up deals.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for C-suite audiences.
• Commitment to building diverse, inclusive teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow Americas Solutions Engineering across enterprise, commercial, and strategic segments.
• Define regional SE strategy, resources, and rhythms to support pipeline growth and retention.
• Align technical strategy with revenue goals alongside Americas Sales leadership.
• Elevate discovery, architecture, PoCs and executive presentations.
