Job summary

dsm‑firmenich is seeking a Director of Amazon & eCommerce Growth to lead one of our key growth channels. You will shape strategy and performance across Amazon and select eCommerce customers, driving profitability and inspiring high‑performing teams while partnering with senior leaders across the business.

You will own growth planning, digital shelf optimization, and customer partnerships, delivering sustained revenue and margin expansion for a diverse portfolio of trusted brands.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive CPG commercial experience.
• Experience in customer development, sales, or related leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term growth strategy for Amazon and select eCommerce customers across the i-Health portfolio.
• Lead revenue, profitability, demand generation, and business performance while balancing growth with operational excellence.
• Build customer-specific growth plans to strengthen partnerships and digital shelf performance.
• Partner with Marketing, Innovation, Finance, Operations, Retail Media, and leadership teams to align investments.
• Lead annual planning, joint business planning, negotiations, reviews, and strategic growth discussions.
• Develop and inspire a high-performing team with accountability and continuous improvement.
