Job summary

GrowthWise Search Partners is seeking an E-Commerce Manager to own and grow our e-commerce channels, including Amazon and Shopify. You will collaborate with leadership, external agencies, and the internal creative team to identify opportunities, improve conversions, and expand customer reach.

The role requires experience in managing Amazon Seller Central and Shopify sites, with a focus on DTC revenue growth, ROAS optimization, and cross-channel advertising.

Qualifications

• Experience growing Amazon Seller Central and Shopify e-commerce sites.
• CPG or physical consumer products experience is required.
• Proven track record in growing DTC revenue and improving online conversions.
• Experience analyzing KPIs (ROAS, CPA, AOV) and acting on insights.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, performance, and growth of e-commerce channels (Amazon, Shopify).
• Collaborate with leadership, agencies, and creative teams to optimize campaigns.
• Increase conversion rates through CRO and A/B testing.
• Manage email marketing, loyalty programs, and retention (Klaviyo).
• Plan inventory, advertising, and seasonal strategies; track revenue metrics.
• Build and lead an e-commerce team as the business grows.
