24 Seven Talent is seeking a hands-on Senior eCommerce & Amazon Manager to own the day-to-day performance of consumer brands, with a primary focus on Amazon and eCommerce. This is a high-ownership role spanning Amazon sales, profitability, forecasting, inventory, and supply chain.

The ideal candidate has deep, hands-on Amazon experience and thrives in a lean environment where they can directly impact business performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central experience.
• Proven experience improving Amazon profitability, including advertising performance and repeat-purchase/subscription strategies.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, P&L, and Excel skills.
• Experience with FBA replenishment, demand forecasting, and inventory planning.
• Background in supplements, health & wellness, beauty, CPG, or another replenishment/consumable category preferred.
• DTC eCommerce/Shopify experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently in a lean, highly hands-on environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage agencies, vendors, and international partners.

Responsibilities

• Own Amazon performance end-to-end, with a focus on profitability, repeat customers, Subscribe & Save, and customer retention.
• Manage Amazon advertising performance, including ACoS/TACoS, contribution margin, pricing, promotions, listings, and account health.
• Manage and hold external Amazon agency partners accountable to performance goals.
• Plan and execute key Amazon events, including Prime Day and Black Friday/Cyber Monday.
• Oversee DTC eCommerce and support existing wholesale/retail accounts.
• Build annual budgets and monthly forecasts and monitor P&L performance across revenue, margins, advertising spend, fees, and inventory.
• Own demand forecasting, purchase orders, FBA replenishment, and inventory planning.
• Manage inventory availability and shelf‑life to minimize stockouts and product write‑offs.
• Coordinate international product shipments and work with internal and external partners across supply chain, finance, marketing, and customer service.
• Manage relationships with international brand partners around product supply, pricing, orders, and commercial planning.
