EY is seeking a senior leader for its AI Platform Engineering group to drive the infrastructure and cloud-native platform of EY’s AI runtime. You will lead a team of AI Infrastructure and AI Systems Engineers, while remaining an active contributor designing, building, and troubleshooting critical platform components.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years building or operating enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, or large-scale Kubernetes environments.
• 3+ years leading or directing engineering teams, while remaining an active hands-on contributor.
• Track record of owning a platform or infrastructure roadmap and end-to-end architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes distributions and full cluster lifecycle management at production scale.
• Deep experience with bare-metal, cloud, hybrid, on-prem, and ideally air-gapped deployment models.
• Strong grounding in cluster networking, storage, and multi-tenancy isolation.
• Experience with GPU infrastructure and AI inference serving.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the AI Platform Infrastructure Engineering team: priorities, blockers, mentoring, and standards.
• Build hands-on as a senior IC: design, implement, and debug core platform components.
• Own the infrastructure delivery roadmap: phased delivery, entry/exit gates, reporting.
• Own the infrastructure foundation and cloud-native platform across OS, Kubernetes, and multi-tenancy.
• Stand up and operate EY Agentic AI environments across cloud, on-prem, edge, and air-gapped deployments.
• Own secure execution, inference, and routing with Ray Serve, vLLM, Triton, and Envoy AI Gateway.
• Own operational excellence, resilience, SLOs, backup/DR, and GitOps for reproducibility.
• Manage GPU capacity, platform economics, and vendor selection with budgets and ROI.
