EY seeks a senior leader for their AI Platform Engineering group to own and drive the infrastructure and cloud-native platform layers powering EY’s AI runtime. This player-coach role blends strategic road-mapping with hands-on design, build, and troubleshooting of critical components across cloud, on-prem, and edge deployments.

You will lead a team of AI Infrastructure and AI Systems Engineers, set priorities, define standards, and ensure portability and reliability in regulated client contexts

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 10+ years building or operating enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, or large-scale Kubernetes environments.
• 3+ years leading or directing engineering teams while remaining hands-on.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the AI Platform Infrastructure Engineering team; hire, mentor, and coach engineers.
• Build hands-on as a senior individual contributor on the hardest platform components.
• Own the infrastructure delivery roadmap with phased capabilities and gates.
• Stand up and operate EY Agentic AI environments across cloud, on-prem, edge, and air-gapped modes.
• Own secure execution, inference, and routing with advanced AI tools.
• Define SLOs, incident management, and DR with automation and IaC; collaborate on CI/CD and GitOps.
