Job summary

EY seeks a senior leader for the AI Platform Engineering group, directing infrastructure and cloud-native layers for EY’s AI runtime. You will set the technical direction for a team and personally design, build, and troubleshoot critical platform components across cloud, on-prem, edge, and air-gapped targets.

You will be a player‑coach, delivering the roadmap while remaining hands-on, ensuring reliability, portability, and vendor strategy in regulated client contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the AI Platform Infrastructure Engineering team.
• Build hands-on as a senior individual contributor.
• Own the infrastructure delivery roadmap.
• Own the infrastructure foundation and cloud-native platform.
• Stand up and operate EY Agentic AI environments across cloud, on-prem, edge, client-managed, and air-gapped deployments.
• Own secure execution, inference, and routing for AI workloads.
• Own operational excellence, resilience, and platform delivery (SLOs, on-call, DR).
• Own GPU capacity, platform economics, and vendor selection.
