EY is seeking a senior leader for its AI Platform Engineering group to direct infrastructure and cloud-native platform layers powering EY’s AI runtime. This player-coach role combines strategic roadmap ownership with hands-on design, build, and troubleshooting of critical components like cluster bring-up, multi-tenancy, and secure inference across cloud, on-prem, edge, and air-gapped targets.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
10+ years building or operating enterprise infrastructure and cloud platforms.
3+ years leading engineering teams while contributing hands-on.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the AI Platform Infrastructure Engineering team, set priorities and mentor engineers.
Personally design, implement, and debug high-risk platform components such as cluster bring-up and multi-tenancy.
Define the infrastructure delivery roadmap with phased capability releases and gates.
Stand up EY Agentic AI environments across cloud, on-prem, edge, and air-gapped modes.
Ensure secure execution, inference, routing, and sandboxed model execution.
