Job summary

BOI in the United States (Remote, Eastern Hours) seeks a Senior Technical Lead to own the architectural build for enterprise AI deployments across client environments. You will shape solutions across models, clouds and platforms, and defend recommendations to client CTOs.

You will lead client security, governance and procurement reviews, and drive the engineering standards that ensure reliable, scalable production systems.

Qualifications

• You've shipped AI systems to production at enterprise scale, inside environments with real security, compliance and data constraints.
• You've led engineering in a consultancy, agency or other project-based environment.
• You've founded a company or been early at a startup. You can build the team as well as the system.
• You explain technical choices to non-technical executives in plain language.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and engineering quality of every client build from prototype to production.
• Shape solution architecture across models, clouds and platforms and defend calls to client CTOs.
• Set engineering standards for evaluation, security, data governance, observability and reliability.
• Build reusable components, patterns and internal products to accelerate future engagements.
• Sit with client CTOs/CIOs and explain technical choices in terms of cost, risk and value.
• Lead client security, compliance and procurement reviews and get systems approved.
• Scope and estimate builds for proposals with Directors of Applied AI.
• Lead, coach and grow the engineering team and foster AI-first ways of working.
