Job summary

BOI is the AI partner that Fortune 500s call when AI needs to drive growth beyond savings. This role owns the technical build across client engagements, shaping architecture across models, clouds, and platforms in Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.

You will set engineering standards, drive security and data governance, and build reusable components that accelerate every new engagement. You will sit with client CTOs and executives, defend technical choices in terms of cost and risk, lead security and

Qualifications

• Shipped AI systems to production at enterprise scale with security and data constraints.
• Led engineering in a consultancy, agency or project-based environment with evolving scopes.
• Able to build and scale teams and systems, making strong decisions early.
• Translate technical choices for non-technical executives in simple terms.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and engineering quality of every client build from prototype to production.
• Shape solution architecture across models, clouds and platforms, defending choices to client CTOs.
• Set engineering standards: AI evaluation, security, data governance, observability and reliability.
• Lead, coach and grow the engineering team, doubling size over the next year.
