BOI is seeking a growth-focused leader to build and own US demand generation across content, events, and partnerships. You will drive the growth plan, own the demand engine, and run outreach to senior executives at mid-cap and large enterprises.

Partner collaboration and a clear, buyer-focused positioning will be essential to convert interest into opportunities. You will work remotely from the US with ET hours, leading a team to scale enterprise growth and shape the market position for BOI’s AI

Formación

• Experience building a B2B pipeline in consulting or professional services.
• Experience marketing or selling AI services or products to enterprises, with AI in daily work.
• Led demand generation across outbound, content, events and partner channels.
• Led a marketing or growth team with hands-on contribution when needed.
• Experience with alliance or partner ecosystems; running a partnerships team is a plus.
• Ability to explain positioning clearly and shape offerings for buyers.

Responsabilidades

• Identify priorities across go-to-market and design the annual growth plan.
• Own US demand engine across content, events, communities, and partner-sourced leads.
• Run targeted outreach to function leaders at mid-cap and large enterprises.
• Turn interest into qualified meetings; align on what qualifies with partners.
• Report pipeline and conversion openly to track channels and ROI.
• Lead US go-to-market, coach the team, and hire roles as needed.
• Collaborate with partner-led sales for follow-up and deal context.
