Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in sales or revenue enablement at a B2B SaaS company.
• Direct experience building AI workflows and Agents to automate work.
• Experience with Gong data and enablement metrics.

• Build an AI-first enablement strategy and real-time content for reps.
• Own onboarding, ramp plans, and certification criteria.
• Scale enablement with automated, scalable processes.
• Own playbooks, battlecards, and talking points for technical buyers.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Product to align messaging.
• Own MEDDPICC adoption and qualification processes.
• Lead coaching guides and manager tooling to reinforce skills.
