Job summary

Spring Health seeks an AI Transformation Director to lead finance-wide AI initiatives, aligning roadmaps with business goals and driving adoption across the department. The role partners with executives to shape standards for AI application and governance, delivering measurable value and sustained improvements.

The position is hybrid, based in New York City, reporting to the Chief of Staff, AI Transformation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years driving technology-enabled business transformation, including department-wide or enterprise-wide initiatives; 5+ years leading complex implementations end to end; and 2+ years implementing AI-enabled solutions.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-enabled workflows, prompt design, and connecting AI tools to business data and systems.
• Familiarity with Finance platforms such as Pigment and Omni, understanding data and workflow capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine an AI transformation roadmap aligned with finance strategy and goals.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities by collaborating with leaders, process owners, and end users.
• Assemble teams, define responsibilities, and drive execution across contributors.
