Spring Health is seeking an AI Transformation Director, Revenue to lead the company’s AI-driven revenue transformation. The role partners with Revenue, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to define, build, and scale AI-enabled workflows that improve go-to-market outcomes and business performance.

The role emphasizes governance, human oversight, and a repeatable operating model to ensure sustained adoption and measurable value across revenue functions. Remote or NYC-based, with minimal travel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years driving technology-enabled business transformation.
• 5+ years leading complex implementations end to end, including AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience with Revenue/go-to-market teams and CRM/revenue platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with governance and human oversight of AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own the revenue AI transformation roadmap aligned with Revenue leadership’s strategy and goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive execution across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
• Prototype and configure AI-enabled workflows; evaluate tools and vendors; translate capabilities into revenue use cases.
• Ensure solutions integrate with revenue systems and processes; resolve dependencies and ownership.
• Define operating model, governance, and measurement for adoption and sustained value.
