Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–10+ years of experience in digital transformation, AI/ML, healthcare technology, or related strategic initiatives.
• Experience leading AI pilots, digital transformation projects, emerging technology programs, and/or AI vendor partnerships.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and CMS.

Aufgaben

• Identify and evaluate high-impact AI opportunities across clinical, operational, population health, claims, and member-facing functions.
• Lead the development and implementation of AI pilots and strategic technology initiatives from initial assessment through execution and outcomes evaluation.
• Evaluate AI technology vendors and strategic partners, including capabilities, integration requirements, privacy, security, risk, and expected ROI.
• Partner with IT, Data Analytics, Clinical Operations, Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure responsible and effective adoption of AI solutions.
• Monitor advancements in AI, generative AI, machine learning, automation, and healthcare technology and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
