Spring Health seeks an AI Transformation Director, Revenue to lead AI-driven changes across the revenue organization. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to define a prioritized portfolio, build hands-on solutions, and drive adoption that improves go-to-market effectiveness and customer experience.

You'll design governance, validate AI outputs, and embed repeatable workflows across revenue teams, with a focus on measurable business value and enduring impact.

Qualificações

• 8+ years driving technology-enabled business transformation, including department-wide or enterprise-wide initiatives.
• 5+ years leading complex implementations end to end; and 2+ years implementing AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience working directly with Revenue or go-to-market teams, with an understanding of workflows such as lead management, sales execution, pipeline forecasting, and customer expansion.
• Ability to work within CRM, revenue intelligence, and sales engagement platforms, understand their data and workflow capabilities, and implement improvements in partnership with systems owners.
• Experience testing and maintaining AI solutions, including validating outputs against source data, troubleshooting failures, and establishing human review, monitoring, and appropriate data safeguards.
• Strong business judgment, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize opportunities, influence senior leaders, drive cross-functional execution, and connect results to business impact.
• Strong change management skills, with a track record of driving sustained adoption and creating documented workflows that teams can operate independently.

Responsabilidades

• Own the revenue AI transformation roadmap.
• Understand revenue workflows across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to identify AI opportunities.
• Assemble and lead cross-functional working teams and drive execution.
• Lead initiatives through problem definition, build, pilot, rollout, adoption, and measurement.
• Prototype and configure AI-enabled workflows, evaluate tools and vendors, and translate capabilities into revenue use cases.
• Align solutions with revenue systems and processes and resolve integration needs.
