Job summary

Jobgether in the United States seeks a senior executive to lead a finance transformation into an AI-native, technology-enabled function. You will define the multi-year roadmap and oversee a team of ~20 professionals across analytics engineering, ML engineering, program management, and finance systems support, driving automation and advanced analytics in enterprise decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading finance transformation in a scaled tech environment.
• Hands-on AI and automation delivery within Finance with measurable results.
• Fluency in AI, automation, analytics, and data architecture.
• Ability to engage with ML/analytics engineers on design and implementation.
• Strong SOX knowledge and internal controls; public company experience preferred.
• Cross-functional leadership across Finance, Engineering, Data, Ops.

Responsibilities

• Define the finance transformation strategy with a multi-year roadmap leveraging tech, design, automation, analytics, and governance.
• Establish outcomes and KPIs for productivity, close speed, forecast accuracy, and insights quality.
• Build an AI-native finance function by scaling high-value AI use cases and redesigning end-to-end workflows.
• Strengthen AI governance with proper oversight, controls, transparency, and accountability.
• Modernize FP&A, P2P, Q2C, R2R, Treasury, Tax, and Internal Audit while preserving controls.
• Advance predictive analytics and decision support through scalable products and self-service tools.
• Lead cross-functional transformation delivery across Finance, Engineering, Data, and Ops.
• Develop the future finance workforce with talent strategies and career pathways.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of ~20 professionals.
• Partner with enterprise systems owners to ensure integrated tech environments.
• Maintain SOX compliance and audit readiness throughout the transformation.
