Spring Health is seeking an AI Transformation Director for Finance, based in New York City with a hybrid schedule. You will define the AI roadmap, partner with Finance leaders, and deliver enterprise-wide AI-enabled transformations that improve planning, forecasting, reporting, and decision support.

You will build hands-on AI workflows, ensure data integrity and controls, and drive adoption across the department and beyond, shaping company-wide AI standards and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years driving technology-enabled business transformation.
• 5+ years leading complex implementations end to end.
• 2+ years implementing AI-enabled solutions.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-enabled workflows.
• Familiarity with Finance processes: planning, forecasting, reporting.
• Ability to work with Finance platforms such as Pigment and Omni.
• Strong change and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine an AI transformation roadmap aligned with Finance strategy.
• Understand operations by working with leaders to identify high-value AI opportunities.
• Assemble teams, define roles, and drive execution across contributors.
• Lead initiatives from problem definition through pilot, rollout, and adoption.
• Ensure controls, data integrity, and auditability with human review where needed.
• Build AI-enabled workflows during prototyping and early implementation.
