Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in digital transformation, AI/ML, or healthcare technology environments.
• Experience leading AI pilots, digital transformation programs, and/or AI vendor partnerships.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, CMS).

Aufgaben

• Identify and evaluate high-impact AI opportunities across clinical, operational, population health, claims, and member-facing functions.
• Lead the development and implementation of AI pilots and strategic technology initiatives from assessment through execution and outcomes evaluation.
• Evaluate AI technology vendors and strategic partners, including capabilities, integration, privacy, security, risk, and ROI expectations.
• Partner with IT, Data Analytics, Clinical Operations, Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure responsible adoption of AI solutions.
• Monitor advancements in AI, generative AI, machine learning, automation, and healthcare tech and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
