U.S. Financial Technology seeks a Director of Transformation & AI Enablement to lead enterprise change and champion responsible AI adoption.

You will translate priorities into action, drive multi-functional programs, and secure measurable business outcomes with senior leadership support. Expect to partner across Technology, Risk, Finance, and Operations, delivering governance, ROI analyses, and scalable delivery models in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years leading enterprise transformation, strategy execution, or portfolio leadership.
• Authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong executive communications and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to lead across functions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise transformation translating strategic priorities into coordinated execution and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with business and Technology leaders to define outcomes, roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Strengthen portfolio discipline by aligning priorities, investments, milestones, risks, and outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with clear accountability and escalation paths.
• Lead change across organizational boundaries and build broad buy-in.
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and partners across functions.
• Translate business opportunities into AI-enabled use cases and adoption plans.
• Develop business cases and executive materials outlining value, risks, and investments.
• Establish governance and operating cadences to improve transparency and delivery.
• Identify process improvements and AI-enabled opportunities to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
• Collaborate with Technology, Data, Risk, Change, and business teams to ensure safe, scalable adoption.
