Job summary

Spring Health, a global mental health company, seeks an AI Transformation Director for Finance. You’ll own AI-driven transformation, partner with executives, and lead initiatives across planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics within a hybrid NYC setting.

You will build reusable AI workflows, govern AI standards, and drive adoption with strong stakeholder management and change leadership. This role reports to the Chief of Staff, AI Transformation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading technology-enabled transformation, enterprise scope.
• 5+ years guiding complex end-to-end AI-enabled implementations.
• 2+ years delivering AI-enabled solutions in finance contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine an AI transformation roadmap aligned with finance strategy.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities with business leaders and owners.
• Lead cross-functional teams, defining roles and decision rights.
• Drive initiatives from problem to rollout and measurement.
• Ensure controls, data integrity, and audit readiness for solutions.
• Build AI-enabled workflows and repeatable processes across the dept.
