Reserv is seeking a Claims Manager to lead a high-performing team across multiple lines of business, including general liability and property. You will drive efficiency through technology and analytics while maintaining high standards and SLAs with clients and customers.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in claims management, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to fraud mitigation and process optimization. Remote-ready role with a focus on outcomes and professional development.

Qualifications

• Active insurance adjuster license in home state.
• Bachelor's degree in insurance or business administration; CPCU/AIC certifications are a plus.
• 10+ years in insurance claims management across multiple lines of business.
• 5+ years of management experience, preferably remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of adjusters across multiple lines of business including general liability and property.
• Achieve or exceed goals while overcoming obstacles.
• Implement best practices for claims handling and process improvements.
• Monitor and analyze claims data for trends and improvements.
• Align team with client and customer expectations and resolve escalated claims.
• Ensure accuracy of claim reserving and regulatory compliance.
• Mitigate fraudulent claims and support loss mitigation efforts.
• Foster teamwork and provide training and growth opportunities.
