Partnerize is seeking a Director of Business Systems & AI Enablement to own core platforms like Salesforce and Asana, drive AI-powered improvements, and lead a small team. You will partner across Sales, Marketing and Operations to design scalable workflows, implement Gemini Enterprise, and deliver measurable business impact.

This leadership role emphasizes hands-on delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and governance of enterprise AI initiatives to streamline processes and accelerate growth

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team development experience.
• Strong strategic thinking and roadmapping skills.
• Experience delivering business systems projects with Jira and agile methods.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce and Asana configuration, roadmap and data integrity.
• Design and oversee integrations with NetSuite, HubSpot and DocuSign.
• Lead AI enablement initiatives and measure ROI across departments.
• Coach a small team and drive adoption of new tools and workflows.
