Partnerize is seeking a Director, Business Systems & AI Enablement to lead how we use technology to run a smarter, faster business. You’ll own Salesforce and Asana, oversee integrations with NetSuite, HubSpot and DocuSign, and drive enterprise AI adoption across teams.

You’ll lead a two‑person team, hands‑on building and designing workflows, while partnering with executives to measure ROI and optimize processes at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in business systems, business process optimization or enterprise application management.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilités

• Own the configuration, roadmap and health of Salesforce and Asana as core business platforms, ensuring data cleanliness and scalability.
• Oversee integrations between Salesforce, Asana and connected systems like NetSuite, HubSpot and DocuSign.
• Lead end‑to‑end AI enablement, roll out enterprise AI tools and measure adoption and ROI.
• Manage a small team of two, while delivering hands‑on configuration and builds.
• Define user stories, write business requirements and prioritize backlogs in Jira.
• Drive change management with end‑user training, documentation and communications.
