Job summary

Partnerize is seeking a Director, Business Systems & AI Enablement to lead how we use technology to run a smarter business. You will own Salesforce and Asana, guide integrations with NetSuite, HubSpot and DocuSign, and introduce enterprise AI tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual work.

You will lead a two-person team, design scalable processes, and partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in business systems, process optimization or enterprise application management.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce and Asana configurations, roadmaps and data health.
• Oversee integrations between Salesforce, Asana and connected systems (NetSuite, HubSpot, DocuSign).
• Lead AI enablement by rolling out enterprise AI tools and defining adoption metrics.
• Manage a small team (two) and lead initiatives like sales workflow redesign and Gemini agent deployments.
• Develop user stories, define designs and write clear business requirements.
