Job summary

Partnerize is seeking a Director, Business Systems & AI Enablement in Stamford, CT to own enterprise platforms and drive AI initiatives. You will lead Salesforce and Asana configurations, oversee integrations (NetSuite, HubSpot, DocuSign), and roll out Gemini Enterprise AI across the business.

You'll manage a small team, design workflows, and partner with stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact through automation and improved processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in business systems, process optimization or enterprise application management.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading teams and managing enterprise-scale platforms (Salesforce, Asana).

Responsibilities

• Own the configuration, roadmap and health of Salesforce and Asana and integrations.
• Oversee integrations with NetSuite, HubSpot and DocuSign.
• Lead Agile delivery and manage backlogs in Jira.
• Hands-on building of solutions (Salesforce Flows, Asana workflows, Gemini agents).
• Drive AI enablement and ROI measurement across departments.
