Job summary

Orchard is seeking a United States Director of Marketing to lead growth, align sales and marketing, and drive pipeline for a high-growth real estate tech company headquartered in New York City. You will build a scalable marketing engine across markets and channels, and manage a cross-functional team to meet ambitious revenue targets.

This full-time role reports to our President and offers hybrid options in select locations, with preference for candidates in Austin, Denver, or New York City.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B sales, with 4-5+ years managing sales reps against targets.
• Hands-on experience running an outbound motion with high call volumes and scripts.
• Experience designing or managing variable compensation to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own agent acquisition end to end: goals, team, process and tools.
• Build outbound engine with target market map and priority calling model.
• Manage funnel: call volume, contact rate, interviews, offers, closes.
• Oversee multiple agent sources: outbound, referrals, inbound, new-market launches.
• Collaborate with product, data and operations on dialer, CRM, nurturing campaigns.
• Design compensation plans that reward profitable agents.
• Ensure clean hand-off to market managers and use retention data to refine recruiting.
