Orchard Brokerage is seeking a sales leader to build the engine that attracts top real estate agents. You will own agent acquisition end to end—targets, team, processes, and outbound execution—across multiple markets, reporting to the President.

You’ll design compensation, optimize the funnel, and partner with product, data and operations to deploy dialer, CRM and nurture programs. Preference for candidates in Austin, Denver or New York City; NYC based roles may be hybrid with in-office days.

• Own agent acquisition end to end: goals, the team, the process and the tools.
• Set and hit monthly targets for quality agents joining Orchard, measured by the company revenue they generate.
• Build a true outbound engine with a priority model, scripts, and a winning pitch.
• Instrument and manage every funnel stage: calls, interviews, offers, closes, and retention.
• Partner with product, data and operations on dialer, CRM, and nurture programs; design compensation to drive outcomes.
• Ensure a clean hand-off to market managers and optimize recruiting based on retention data.
