Job summary

Orchard is seeking a sales leader to scale agent growth for Orchard Brokerage across markets nationwide. You will design and run an outbound engine, set monthly agent targets, and own the end-to-end acquisition process from prospecting to close, with a focus on high-volume, measurable outcomes.

Reporting to the President, this full-time role can be based in multiple Orchard locations with a preference for Austin, Denver or New York City.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B sales with 4–5+ years managing sales reps
• Proven experience building outbound sales and funnels
• Strong data-driven approach and KPI management

Responsibilities

• Own agent acquisition end to end: goals, team, process, tools
• Hit monthly targets for quality agents joining Orchard, measured by revenue
• Build outbound engine: target-market map, priority calling, cadences, scripts, winning pitch
• Manage the funnel: call volume, contact rate, interviews, offers, closes, leaks
• Oversee outbound, agent referrals, inbound leads, and new-market launches
• Partner with product, data and ops on dialer, CRM and campaigns
• Design compensation that rewards profitable agents and retention
• Ensure clean hand-off to market managers and use retention data to sharpen recruitment
