Job summary

Orchard is seeking a sales leader to expand agent growth across markets. You’ll own the end-to-end recruitment of real estate agents, building a scalable outbound engine and a data-driven pipeline.

Reporting to the President, this full-time role can be based in multiple Orchard locations, with Austin preferred. You will define targets, handoffs, and compensation structures to maximize profitable agent growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B sales with leadership experience.
• Experience building outbound sales motions and GTM plans.
• Proven ability to hire, coach and develop performance.
• Strong data-driven decision making and funnel optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own agent acquisition end to end and hit growth targets.
• Build an outbound engine with prioritized markets, scripts and plans.
• Measure and optimize funnel at each stage and across channels.
• Design incentive plans that align with profitable agent growth.
