Orchard is seeking a Sales Leader to build and run the engine that attracts high-quality real estate agents. You will lead enterprise or SMB sales efforts, implementing a true outbound motion, defining markets, and prioritizing accounts to drive agent growth month over month.

You will manage a high-velocity sales organization, ensure clean hand-offs to market managers, and shape compensation to reward performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B sales leadership, including 4-5+ years managing reps with monthly/quarterly targets.
• Experience running an outbound motion with SDR/AE structures, high call volumes, scripts, cadences, and a CRM.

Responsabilités

• Own agent acquisition end to end: goals, team, process and tools.
• Build an outbound engine with a target market map, priority model, call plans and pitch.
• Manage the funnel: call volume, contact rate, interviews, offers and closes; identify leaks.
