Job summary

The role reports to the VP of National Holding Company Partnerships, coaching managers, expanding partnerships, and winning new business to exceed revenue goals. A strong background in data-driven TV sales is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
• 7+ years responsible for a national sales quota with agency partnerships.
• 10+ years in video media, advertising, or advanced TV sales.
• Proven leadership to achieve revenue goals and grow partnerships.
• Experience with media buying agencies in programmatic CTV and advanced TV.
• Strong background in sales strategy, forecasting, pipeline management.
• Deep knowledge of data, analytics, and digital ad technology.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead sales owner and team leader for Denstu.
• Directly manage Sales Manager(s) and Sr. Sales Managers with revenue accountability.
• Develop and execute the sales strategy and go-to-market plan for growth.
• Coach sellers on account strategy, pipeline development, client engagement, forecasting, and deals.
• Drive new business development and growth of partnerships across agencies and advertisers.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with key decision-makers.
• Lead revenue planning, forecasting, and pipeline management for the team.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution and scale revenue.
• Introduce and drive adoption of new products and marketplace positioning.
