Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead a 450+ multi-disciplinary team in a 24/7 environment. You will drive operational maturity, cost control, quality, and SLA adherence across legacy TruePill and Alto entities, ensuring compassionate patient engagement and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a strong pharmacy foundation, executive leadership experience, and a track record of scaling remote and hybrid operations in high-growth settings.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience in large-scale clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
• Experience scaling remote or hybrid multi-site teams in 24/7 environments.
• Pharmacy background with licensure and board compliance preferred.
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence and process engineering at scale.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance including state boards and DEA.
• Strong change management and organizational transformation skills.
• Strategic communication with senior stakeholders across a matrix organization.
• Advanced degree in relevant field as a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations across legacy TruePill and Alto with a unified workforce of 450+ agents.
• Lead operational maturity, compassionate patient engagement, and strategic initiatives.
• Direct staffing and capacity management for 450+ care agents and licensed professionals.
• Ensure high-quality, standardized performance for a large work-from-home team.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and safety standards across operations.
• Lead continuous improvement to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance and others on launches.
• Develop and coach a high-performing leadership team.
