Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead Clinical Call and Operations across legacy TruePill and Alto with a unified, 450+ agent workforce and 24/7 coverage. You will drive maturity, patient engagement, and strategic initiatives while managing staffing, compliance, and cross-functional programs.

The role requires a pharmacy background (RPh preferred), advanced business/operations education, and a track record of scaling high-volume, compliant healthcare operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive experience leading large clinical call centers or operations.
• Experience managing 400+ remote or hybrid teams in a 24/7 environment.
• Pharmacy background with licensed pharmacist status preferred.
• Proven process engineering and scaling of operations.
• Experience with regulatory compliance (State Boards, DEA).
• Strong change management and strategic communication skills.
• Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Pharmacy, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations across legacy TruePill and Alto, representing a unified workforce of 450+ agents with 24/7 coverage.
• Drive operational maturity, compassionate and compliant patient engagement, and execution of high-priority initiatives.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for 450+ care agents and licensed professionals to balance cost, service quality, and growth.
• Ensure high quality, standardized performance across a large work-from-home team and modernize Rx contact center SOPs.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and interaction with State Boards of Pharmacy and DEA.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance, and other senior leaders to align launches with readiness.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
