Zusammenfassung

Fuze Health seeks an accomplished VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead a 24/7, 450+ strong team of care agents and licensed clinicians. You will scale operations, balance cost, quality, and SLAs, and drive outbound revenue initiatives while ensuring compliant, compassionate patient engagement across Truepill and Alto entities.

The role demands extensive executive leadership, regulatory knowledge, and change-management skills to harmonize processes and accelerate growth in a fast-moving

Qualifikationen

Executive leadership of large-scale clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
Experience leading remote/hybrid multi-site teams in 24/7 environments.
Pharmacy background and regulatory familiarity preferred.

Aufgaben

Oversee and unify Clinical Call and Clinical Operations across legacy TruePill and Alto with 450+ agents.
Drive operational maturity, compassionate patient engagement, and high-priority initiatives.
Direct staffing/capacity strategies for 450+ care agents and licensed professionals.
Ensure high quality, standardized performance across a large work-from-home team.
