Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience overseeing large-scale clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
• Experience managing remote or hybrid multi-site teams (400+ FTEs) in 24/7 environments.
• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy; licensed pharmacist in at least one state; willingness to obtain additional licenses.
• Proven track record in process engineering, quality mgmt, and scaling operations.
• Experience with pharmacy regulatory compliance (State Boards of Pharmacy, DEA).
• Ability to navigate organizational change and align stakeholders.
• Strong strategic communication and decision rights definition across a matrix org.
• Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Pharmacy, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct Clinical Call and Clinical Operations across legacy TruePill and Alto with 24/7 coverage for 450+ agents.
• Lead operational maturity, compassionate patient engagement, and high-priority initiatives.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for 450 care agents and licensed professionals.
• Ensure standardized performance across a work-from-home-enabled team and Rx SOPs.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and interactions with State Boards of Pharmacy and DEA.
• Formalize and lead continuous improvement to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance to align launches and readiness.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing executive leadership team.
