JOEY Restaurants in Santa Clara, CA seeks a Head Chef to lead the kitchen, ensuring iconic hospitality and consistent culinary execution. You will coach and develop the team, manage labor and food costs, and uphold safety and quality standards across all prep and service activities.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, recruitment, and training to deliver memorable dining experiences while maintaining a pristine restaurant environment and optimal guest satisfaction.

Competenze

• 3+ years culinary experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler certifications.
• Passion for hospitality and a track record of world-class experiences.
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Able to walk/stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Lead and coach kitchen team to deliver iconic hospitality and culinary standards.
