JOEY Restaurants in California is seeking a Head Chef to lead a high-volume kitchen and deliver iconic hospitality with world-class execution. You will manage labor budgets, maintain a pristine environment, and mentor your team to drive continual learning and development.

As a coach and leader, you will ensure safety, quality, and consistency across all stations while guiding the team toward memorable dining experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of culinary experience.
• Valid local/state Food Handler and California RBS certifications.
• Ability to lead and develop a high-volume kitchen team.
• Strong hospitality mindset and dynamic work pace.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach kitchen team to deliver high-quality, consistent dishes.
• Maintain clean, sanitary, and safe prep and cooking areas.
• Train partners on equipment usage and safety protocols.
• Recruit, retain, and develop culinary talent.
• Manage in-store budgets, food costs, and labor.
