Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to supervise cashiers, assist with operational issues, and ensure top-tier customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

You will hire, train, and provide leadership, while maintaining register operations, cash handling, and team coordination throughout shifts. This on-site role offers competitive pay and benefits in a dynamic grocery setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor, positive attitude, able to model behavior.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.
• Strong math and cash handling skills; able to multi-task and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Visiting registers to ensure excellent customer service and provide guidance.
• Schedule breaks and ensure compliance with company policy and state requirements.
• Hire and train new cashiers; address disciplinary actions as needed.
