Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations. You will direct cashiers and Courtesy Clerks at the registers and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with operational issues.
• Provide direction and support to Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks at registers.
• Monitor cash register supplies and ensure cleanliness and security.
• Schedule appropriate breaks in line with policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training new Cashiers and manage disciplinary actions.
• Maintain a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
