Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Sales Consultant, HCM to identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities in payroll, HR technology, and benefits administration within the designated territory.

You will own the full sales cycle, build broker and channel partnerships, conduct discovery meetings, present solutions, and coordinate with implementation teams to deliver a successful transition.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years HCM sales experience preferred.
• Sales experience with payroll, HR tech, or benefits preferred.
• CRM tools experience (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within designated territory for HCM solutions.
• Build referral relationships with brokers and channel partners.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and decision criteria.
• Present HCM solutions with pricing and implementation expectations.
• Own and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close and onboarding.
